Suggest Treatment For Small Red Spots On The Knuckle

Hi, I punched my chair (leather with wood interior) several times in a row, and now my pinky knuckle has a bunch of little red spots on it, and they re tiny little ones. My pinky knuckle has also been pushed about a milimeter towards my ring finger, is this bad?

Hello, it appears you have got traumatic petechiae..Now, these will resolve spontaneously in a few days , just apply an emollient like parasoft/moisturex soft cream locally on the hands,
Regarding the dislocation felt by you, i would adv you to get an Xray of the hand (AP and Lateral views) to look for bony injury and visit an orthopedician with the same for evaluation.
Thanks
Take care
