Suggest Treatment For Small Red Bumps On The Arm
I have these pimple like bumps all over the outside of my arms, more in the front then the back of my arms, extremely itchy, and if using a pimple popper white puss does sometimes come out of the red bumps. Only if I can see a white head though. the others are larger in size with no sign of a white head?

Hello, the lesions on the arms as you described can be keratosis pilaris or pseudofolliculitis or acne.
The treatment of all these conditions differ.
Popping up of a white material can be seen on squeezing any of these.
U need to visit a dermatologist for the diagnosis and appropriate management will then be directed towards it.
