Suggest Treatment For Small Protrusion In The Anal Area

Hi, I have a small-ish, liquid filled sac protruding from my anus, and by that I mean it s coming out of it... I ts maybe like 1cm in diameter. It s skin coloured and squishy when I poke it. I can feel it when I sit or move around, it s uncomfortable but not excruciatingly so. What could it be? I m 25, weight 57kg, I have no problem with going to the toilet, I eat health and work out regularly. I had an operation in June for an anal fistula.. Could this be the cause?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Small protrusion what you are describing which is coming out of your anus could be a skin tag that has not fallen following surgery for anal fistula.
Ideally, following healing of surgery, the remnant skin tag would fall off. But in some cases, it may be retained causing some amount of discomfort in the region.
You need a per rectal examination by Surgeon in this regard for its assessment and confirmation, so that appropriate measures can be taken for its removal.
