Suggest Treatment For Small Lumps On The Nose

I have been diagnosed (about 2 hours ago) with having bubbles in my sinuses......there are solid lumps down the side of my nose....between my nasal bane and my cheek bone.........how do I treat this....I am scared in case it becomes infected.............the lumps are also at the top area of may nasal bone between my eyebrows......

You have lump on nose that is right now no symptoms.It may be overgrown of soft tissue or cystic swelling.

You don't mention the size and color of lump.
If lump is less than 2 mm in size than excisional biopsy can done.
Lesion is more than 2mm than incision biopsy is preferred.

Fine needle aspiration biopsy can done in cystic swelling.
Histopatholohical examination give a proper diagnosis of lump.
Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
