i have small bulges on my testicles for last 1 year which were not there before. Initially they pained on touching but later on there is no pain but the bulge is still there. What may be the reason and the cure for the same. I am not yet married and apart from masturbating not sexually active.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of small bumps on testicles, that is scrotum it seems.
The commonest cause of such small bumps is multiple sebaceous cysts and if small can be left alone and kept under observation.
If they show signs of infection or enlargement they can be removed.
Keep the area clean with plain water at least twice daily.
Use loose clothing.
Avoid hot and humid atmosphere, it increases the sweating and formation of the sebaceous glands.
