As er your query you have small bumps on your lip . There can be many possibiilities for bumps on your lip like allergic reaction , canker sore , bacterial infection , fordyce granule and herpes . But in your case it seems to me the bumps are fordyce granules . Fordyce spots are tiny, raised, pale, white, red or skin colored spots . Fordyce spots are in fact a type of ectopic sebaceous gland. Ectopic means in an abnormal location. They are caused by sebum which is the natural oil of the skin. This natural oil gets trapped in a sebaceous gland without hair. Fordyce spots disappear in few days without any treatment. But if they persist then consult dermatologist for proper examination and rule out other condition . Doctor may recommend trichloroacetic Acid chemical peel .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
