I have a small bumpnunder my skin near my vaginal opening it has been there for over a month. It has also slread into multiple smaller bumps and now they are gone and back to the small singular bump. No discoloration itching or pain. Skin on top looks normal. Bump is hard not squishy at all. What could this be?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

I would have preferred a physical examination and if at all you are comfortable with it, please avail our premium service wherein you can attach images of the affected region for examination by a doctor.

In my opinion, the boil if at all is located at the sides of the vaginal opening most probably could be what we call a Bartholin's cyst. Please consult a doctor or write back to me using our premium service for details on treatment.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
