Suggest Treatment For Small Brown Spots On The Foot

Hi. Today i noticed some brown spots underneath the foot of my 3 year old daughter. There no itching or anything and it doesnt seem to bother her. What can it be? They are flat and have not raised the skin or anything. They look light brown in color with just one kind of brown tone

you have not mentioned since when they are present and whether increasing in size or number?
Is there any redness of skin surrounding that?
It could be most commonly due to some allergy or irritation..
If there is no other symptom apart from the spot you don't have to worry..
you can wait for few more days.
you can apply some emollient lotion like caladryl on that..
if in doubt do consult a pediatrician or a dermatologist one to rule out any other possibilities.
