Suggest Treatment For Slow Digestion And Bloating Of Stomach

I am 34, 5'7" and weight 120lbs.

It feels as though food is slow moving and gets stuck in my lower stomach. I get bloated to the point where I look pregnant.....also very tired. The only way to relieve the bloat is to eat more, which feels like it helps push food through. HELP!
