Suggest Treatment For Slight Hearing Loss

I have slight hearing loss in my left ear after attending a concert. Now ten years later the hearing is worse. I m not sure if it is clogged, but I tried drops for removing earwax. Then I cleaned with a q-tip, but went farther than I ve ever gone before. I did not experience pain or bleeding but my hearing is even worse. I ve used the earwax remover 3 times so far, removing a small amount of wax. Do I have anything to worry about?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having impacted earwax giving this problem.
While cleaning with q-tip, worsen the condition means wax covered more ear drum causing more hearing trouble.
Consult ENT specialist and get examined.
If require he will go for syringing to remove ear wax.
Ok and take care.
