Suggest Treatment For Slight Headache

What causes a tender forehead (no injury)? Tenderness is sporadic and does not last long. First noticed a few weeks ago and just tenderness, but now with a slight headache (and I never get headaches). No vision problems, no problems with memory, and no symptoms of allergies either. Thanks.
