Suggest Treatment For Sleep Paralysis

Hi, for a little background information, every member of my family has suffererd from sleep disorders. I had night terrors as a child and both my brother and I suffer from sleep paralisis on occasion to this day. It always seems to be amplified by alcohol use. Well a few nights ago my father swore all night in his sleep while my brother spent the night at our parents house. Tonight he s doing it again while I am here. He drank on both nights. It s kind of freaking me out. Is there anything I can do to calm his sleeping mind down?
