Suggest Treatment For Skin Tear Around Scrotum

I had a tear in my internal penis couple days ago which lead to surgery to fix the tear, my scrotum is completely
Swollen and discolored , what concerns me is the bottom of the scrotum is getting hard and completely
Black. Do I need to be concerned with this ? Will it go away?

Hi,

If its completely dark black it can be due to necrosis - you need to go to ER immediately. If it is not that black, it can be due to infection - still you need to go to ER for appropriate antibiotics.Share a picture for confirmation.
