Hello,

I can understand your concern for treatment for skin peeling between thighs.

After analyzing your query it appears that you have intertrigo with mixed infection at the affected area. I suggest you to maintain good hygiene and wear cotton clothes to be changed for two times daily. Trim your hair and keep the area dry especially during menses.
I generally prescribe a cram containing clotrimazole or ketoconazole for two times and use a dusting powder to keep the area dry.

You can take further guidance from a dermatologist in case if the condition is not resolved.
Take care.
