Suggest Treatment For Skin Growth On Scrotum

I am a 26 year old white male. I have a single growth on the skin of my scrotum that has been there for about 5 years. It does not hurt and has been about the same size(about the size of a pencil eraser), maybe a little larger now than 5 years ago. It is a flat, loose, soft, slightly discolored (brownish) bump, with a wide base. I say loose because I can pinch it and hold on to it and it will stay in the pinched form for a few seconds after I let go. I have been with the same girl for 8 years, so I think we can rule out STD (Hopefully!). Have any ideas?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
You have a skin growth on the scrotum for 5 years. It is flat, loose, soft and slightly discolored.
Such a lump should be removed and sent for Histopathological diagnosis for 2 reasons:
1. you get rid of the disease
2. you get a confirmed diagnosis and relaxation.
Go for it, consult a General surgeon for clinical evaluation and further treatment.
