Suggest Treatment For Sinus Problem

i have constant sinus problems with no help from antibiotics and veritigo...only minor help from anti-vert which just makes me sleep...i am desperate to find something to help me. i have tried lots of sinus meds but have to be careful of the decongestant as it makes my heart race. help!

Hello,
If there is constant sinus problem have you had a CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses done.which could show the disease in the sinuses.
You could take a course of antibiotics in the beginning and then simultaneously shift on to nasal steroid sprays and saline sprays .
Both the saline sprays and steroid sprays are useful and are the non surgical treatment for the sinus disease.
These sprays can be used for long time like for months.
Consult your ENT specialist and get the required spray according to the disease.
