Suggest Treatment For Sinus Pain

I have chronic pain, agitation, sensitivity in my sinus. I have congestion, but the pain is far worse. It is chronic and the best way to describe it is to imagine that someone has run a peeler over your skin and raw flesh is exposed. Anything that touches that exposed flesh or even air blowing passed it will cause a radiating surge of pain. This is how my sinus feels right between my eyes. I never get sinus infections, just pain and congestion. The pain is so bad that I feel like I need pain killers, but I don t want to develop an addiction to opiates so instead I drink alcohol at night. This helps me to relax because sometimes the pain is so bad that I feel it start to overwhelm me, psychologically and physically. Since I am in pain all day, I look forward to a couple drinks at night because it is the only time of the day that I can get some relief and when I feel good. Yes, I know this is bad but what is my alternative? I ve been prescribed every nasal spray under the sun. They help for a few weeks then loose effectiveness. I ve had allergy shots for 3 years with no results. I have deviated septum surgery and turbinate reduction, also with little results. My allergy test shows I am very allergic to a number of environmental allergens. However, my symptoms are constant and have no pattern to them regarding season or exposure. I m in constant pain and I don t see any hope for me. I can t live like this for much longer and I don t know what to do.

hellooo...read thru ur query...first of all i have to say that be cool dont get stressed too much...every problem has a solution...chronic sinus is something very bad..but there are some steps if u follow properly u can lead a better life...u have to do steam inhalation twice daily (morning and night before bed)..for 15-20 days...add vicks to the steam and do inhalation...be regular in that..then practice yoga for 30mins in morning(especially breathing excercise do for 15 mins).u can join yoga class or see you tube and do...i am telling u..do it regularly for one month u will be a different man..try it and feel the difference...avoid the allergens as much as possible....(its thru my experience)be happy and cool ...follow this regularly...hope u will be benefitted something woth this reply..have a healthy day!!
