Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection And Dizziness

I HAD A UPPER RESPIRATORY VIRUS TWO MONTHS AGO WHICH LEFT ME WITH A SINUS INFECTION AND DIZZY EPISODES. MY PULSE WAS ALSO RAPID AND BP HIGH. SINCE THAT TIME MY SINUS INFECTION AS GONE BUT I AM HAVING FAINT EPISODES ON EXERTION WITH A PULSE RATE OF 97 BP OF 154/133 WHAT DO YOU THINK IS CAUSING IT. I AM WAITING A CARDIOLOGIST REVIEW

Read and understood your history of viral infection 2 months back.
The sequel was sinusitis which has settled bit the dizziness continues along with hypertension.
This implies that it may be primary hypertension that is also causing dizziness.

I would suggest you the following:
Get BP under control with medicines, dizziness would settle. If it does not, it means that there is primary problem with the balancing apparatus of the ears that needs a proper medical management.
