Suggest Treatment For Sinus Headache, Fever And Sore Throat

after 2 days of a sinus headache without fever, the headache is fading but a fever has appeared. Have had a sore throat for about 6 days that was the initial symptom like a thickness in the throat. It did not appear painful until 2 days ago. I would assume this symptom may be the cause of the fever perhaps.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to an upper respiratory tract infection.

I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.

I also recommend using throat spray for local application.

I recommend rest and drinking a lot of liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
