Suggest Treatment For Side Effects Of Levofloxacin

I am having inflamed tendon pain due to side effect from medication, Levofloxcin. Doctor prescribed Prednisone. After 2 dosages, pain has not stopped or improved. There are 3 pills left and I am doubtful if this will resolve the problem. Is it possible this is irreversible? Could my tendon possible be torn and require surgery? Can t put any pressure on leg.

HI
Well come to HCM
I appreciate your concern, what the medicines you are taking may not cause the tendon pain but the reason of this may be different, you have not specifically mentioned the which tendon you are talking about but it si not the medicine responsible for the pain, if it is doubtful then you can discus this with your doctor hope this information helps.

I find this answer helpful
