Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain

My shoulder has been extremely sore for 3-4 weeks. Raising arm straight up is almost impossible, pain @ 9 -10.Infront of my collarbone is swollen and feels like a ganglion (puffy & fleshy feeling)... any suggestions?. I have not fallen or injured this area in any manner that I would remember. thank you. S

I think you are having subacromial bursitis. I would suggest you to get MRI of the shoulder and if report come positive for this then i would suggest you to meet a physio and take hot water fomentaion. This will provide you good pain relief. Also if there is any nerve compression or rotator cuff tear then you can get treatment from orthopaedic surgeon.
