General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear. Since you are getting repeated dislocation of shoulder you need to be very very careful. Shoulder dislocation can be corrected with non operative procedures and then immobilization of the limb and rest to the limb for around 2 or 3 months. You should not go to play any kind of sports till your hand gets complete rest and healing. Even later you should not engage in heavy sports lifelong.
Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
Dr Sanjay Kini
