Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath And Heart Palpitations
hi i had the other night some weird symptoms. I went to lie down and then felt as if i was having trouble breathing ( sort of like a small asthma attck) so I took my symbicort, felt better afew seconds and then my heart started pounding rapidly. I tried to take th rate but wasn t able to , i felt like I was choking but still able to breath, it was going up to my throat...This lasted for about5-10 mins max or maybe less and then I feel asleep. The next day woke up was fine but when i got to work, i hand minor tingling in my finger tips and afterwards a small cool burning sensation near my shoulder on my arm...

symbicort has formoterol component which tend to cause tachycardia which is probable reason for palpitations and other symptoms.
Either you have taken high dose or you are bit sensitive to product.
You can try alternative inhaler like ipravent etc. or inhaler with only steroids component
