Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath And Fatigue In An Elderly Person

Advanced hypotropic cardio myopathy, heart failure, angina and arrhythmia of 150 to 180 bpm. infarction rate of 38. Insufficient supply of blood to lungs to breathe. Significant symtoms of fatigue, shortness of breath and weakening of heart muscle. Age 75. Optimal treatment for condition has already been provided and I am not a candidate for further surgical or medical intervention. Need something to help me breathe easier. Is Oral Morphine a possibility?

I am sorry for the situation you are experiencing.No we don't recommend using morphine orally or intravenous.As you explain the situation probably diuretics such as lasix and oxygen might help you better but for this it is your treating doctor that should decide.
