Hi I m a 24 year old female. About three months ago at church o was singing along to a song when I felt like I was going to pass out. This is happening since. I also feel really tired l the time and get shortness of breath when carrying a basket of laundry up my stairs. About 14 stairs. Whenever I lift me hands over my head I feel faint.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

There are many medical conditions related to your symptoms.
I suggest to do an electrocardiogram to evaluate the cardiac issue.
I also suggest to do a chest xray to evaluate the lung condition.
I recommend to do a complete blood count to exclude an anaemia.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
