I went to the ER for a little chest discomfort last night. EKG was normal, but blood work was a little off. My Sat oxygen was 90 and my d-dimer was high so they did ABG blood and a CTA. The CTA was negative, and the doctor said everything was good. They did the SAT oxygen and it was 96. This morning I got my labs for the hospital and the ABG levels do not look good to me, the po2 was 35. I do not nor have I had a trouble breathing. Could those numbers be false, and why would the doc say everything was negative with numbers like that? I am 41 male, ex-smoker, I quit 2011, over weight by 25 lbs
