General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* As per my clinical experience, the issue of short breath with chest
pain at night indicates cardiac perfusion disturbances, failing heart
partially responding to pacemaker, pulmonary congestion from back
pressure changes or else.

It would be best to get fresh angiography with your cardiologist for better co relation of current data and possible guidelines accordingly.

And if you have any further doubts for discussion, please feel free to drop another question in same or new chat box.

Enjoy our marvelous website of medical assistance.
Thanks.
