Suggest Treatment For Sharp Shooting Pain In The Lower Back

Getting an epidural for lower back nerve pain on Thursday the pain area affected is my left glute and does not run down my leg. Woke up last night and the skin surface of my right upper thigh was like hot shooting pain After moving my leg position the pain went away completely wondering what that pain was caused by

Hi,

As your complaints are suggestive of lumbo sacral strain, it is may be due to overuse. If you are continuosly experiencing the pain you are advised to do physiotherapy like single and double knee to chest, back stretch, press up, etc. Ultrasound and TENS will give a temporary relief. Get well soon.
