Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain While Going To Toilet

Had my son 9months ago! And now in so much pain since going to the poo it s like a sharp pain and I ve looked no lumps or nothing apart from a red little thing have no idea and the pain can sometimes kill after wards makes me scared to go toilet I drink lots of water and fibre and it s been nine months

Anal fissure may ruled out.
Intestinal infection or other problem may cause this type of symptoms.

Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
