Hello,

As per your clinical history, is concerned please follow like this -

1) Do a clinical examination by your doctor [rheumatologist] and do few pathological investigations like [A blood differential count, ECG ECHO ]

2) Discuss with your doctor about prescription painkiller like [oxycodone/acetaminophen]

3) Discuss with your physiotherapist for a specific exercise plan.

Do follow lifestyle modifications like this -

1) Use heat or ice. Try placing hot compresses or a heating pad on the painful area several times a day. Keep the heat on a low setting. Ice also might be helpful.

2) Take rest and try to avoid activities that make your pain worse.
