Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In The Testicles

I am having a consistent pain in one of my testicles. It is mostly a dull ache but when I stand or sit it becomes more of a sharp pain. the area around the testicle is tender as well. the discomfort has been constant for about two days. I was not struck nor injured in that area. The pain began after a short drive of about 25 minutes and has not subsided. Thank you for your help.
