Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I recently had an infection on my left thumb from a hangnail. I was given antibiotics for 7 days and finished the course this morning. I feel pain in my left hand as well as a shooting pain going up my left arm (feels like it is in the vein). Should I relax or is this associated with the infection? A puss bubble exploded from my finger on Thursday.
