Suggest Treatment For Sharp On Left Foot After Injury While Jumping

Hello, I was playing with my kids and jumped down multiple stairs. I landed hard flat on my feet putting more pressure on my left foot than right. I felt a sharp pain on my left foot and have been having trouble walking all day as it hurts whenever I put pressure on that foot. I feel pain mainly in my ankle/heel. I do not think it is broken as there is no swelling or bruising just pain.

Hi,
As there is a clear incident that triggered the pain,we need only to avoid all such movements that put more load to the same area. Now only sprain is your cause of pain,Which will improve it's own by rest.
If it is already improving you need to just continue your rest, If not satisfactory consult with your doctor, He may prescribe some anti inflammatory drugs that can fasten the recovery.
If Ayurvedic medicines are available for you, an external application of "murivenna" is a good option for a faster relief.
With thanks.
