Suggest Treatment For Sharp Chest Pain And Shoulder Pain
I am having dull pain and sometimes sharp pain on my left chest area, over my heart. Sometimes the pain travels to my left shoulder area. The pain is worse when laying down and taking deep breaths. I have been feeling this way for several months now. Lately it seems to be getting worse. Suggestions please?

Left sided chest pain with radiation may be due to many reasons like cardiopulmonary causes,acidity,musculoskeletal causes etc.
You may need clinical correlation and few investigations.
You may need routine hemogram,random blood sugar,liver and renal function test,lipid profile,upper GI endoscopy,ECHO,TMT,ultrasound of abdomen.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
