Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am having severe pricking back pain at only 1location in my back its more while sitting in office chairs , car seats etc its now almost 18mnths I have shown to all doctors have also done all required tests but no improvements I do regular exercise , yoga but no relief
As you mentioned you have a severe pricking back pain at one particular location, you need a thorough neuromuscular assessment to assess the spine.
Also, you may need to undergo the MRI of the lumbar spine as to assess the soft tissues within the spine. I can recommend you to undergo the physical therapy as the therapist will help you with proper exercises rather the conventional available on the net.
In my clinical practice I see cases with back ache, they all undergo a thorough neuromuscular assessment and an MRI of the lumbar spine and based on the soft tissue assessment the rehabilitation plan is designed and 99% optimum results are achieved.
Also, i recommend you to get assessed and meet a physical therapist.
