Hello,

How old are you? Possible causes are:
1. Carpal tunnel syndrome.
2. Fractures like colles fracture.
3. Bursitis.
4. Muscle spasm etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet aceclofenac twice a day for five days. Take caution if yoi you high blood pressure. If symptoms not improved please consult with your orthopedician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
