Suggest Treatment For Severe Vomiting And Diarrhea
My husband had what appeared to be a stomach virus, violent vomiting for one night followed but a day of diarrhea. However he had had loose stools and diarrhea the last 6 days. He has increase of fatigue, light colored diarrhea and stools he says are "blond" in color. He's hydrated, I make sure of it. We have tried antacids thinking it could be bilirubin issues from the violent vomiting 6 nights ago. Nothing improving or worsening.

Vomiting an diarrhoea might be due to a disease called gastroenteritis, or in simple terms it is the infection of intestine.In addition to supportive treatment like hydration we would usually give a course of antibiotics (likr for example,a combination of ciprofloxacin and tinidazole) to treat this disease.
