Suggest Treatment For Severe Upper Thigh Pain

I have severe pain that starts in my upper thigh and travels down to my knee it last for several minutes during that time I can not stand, walk or straighten my leg out, the pain is so bad I end up in tears and feeling sickly. What is causing this and what can I do to stop it

I understand your concern.
The symptoms you are mentioning appears that you could be suffering from multi-vitamin and calcium deficiency.
Kindly supplement your diet with foods rich in vitamins and minerals.
You can take multivitamin supplement in the form of capsule or syrup everyday. Also supplement with calcium tablets which could be either chewed or swallowed.
Gradually, your symptoms should get better.
