Suggest Treatment For Severe Toothache
Does not seem like either of the three dentists addressed his real issue. the fact that he is in pain wich is only relieved by cold water and he cannot sleep. So basically, he will be up all night drinking cold water until he can get to a dentist. That is where I am right now. Up at midnight drinking cold water to stave off an unbearable pain. Is here nothing that can be done at home to help with the pain? Without the cold water, the pain is unbearable. Yet, I need to sleep. Aspirin, ibuprophen and Tylenol have not touched the pain level.

See as you have said that aspirin or brufen are not effective enough to relieve your pain I will say you can use tab ultracet or tab akilos-p every 8-12 hours with some anesthetic gel like zyti gel or smiley for local application over your teeth as it will be helpful in relieving your pain as well as other sufferings.
