Suggest Treatment For Severe Throat Pain, Swollen Tonsils And Swollen Lymph Nodes

I have severe throat pain, swollen tonsils, swollen lymph nodes, and over all swelling on the throat wall as well as it appearing white. My right tonsil is touching my uvula and I can no longer sleep, swallow, or open my mouth all the way. The pain has persisted for three days. Should I go to the hospital?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
You have tonsillitis along with pharyngitis. As you said your throat is white it seems that you are badly infecte and need antibiotic therapy.
1. Tab. Augmenting 1000mg thrice daily for 7 days.
2. Tab . Emanzen D twice daily for 7 days
3. Tab. Levota m once daily at bed time.
4. Betadine gargles twice daily.
After completion of treatment you should visit ENTsurgeon for further management.
