Suggest Treatment For Severe Stress And Anxiety

My husband taking a lot of work pressure even he saw dream about his work place and after that he can t sleep.until he go to office he feel uneasy and do vomit almost every day, he can t eat properly in morning. I am very worried about him. What should I do.

First you have to control anxiety and stress because long duration may cause problem.


Try to supportive your husband and be a calm.
Do regular yoga and meditation for reduce mental stress.
Change your behaviour also.Be positive .

Listen music and talk to other person for freshness of your mind.
Eat proper food and don't escape your meal.

Take proper sleep atleast 8 hour.
Avoid alcohol and smoking.
Accept positive attitude and try to sare your problems.

Do that type of exercise that help you to become light mind.
Antianxiety drugs can use.
Eat healthy foods and green vegetables.
