Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe stomach pain which seems to be due to gastroenteritis which is leading to electrolyte imbalance in your body. Need not to worry. For now eat more fruits and vegetables , drink plenty of water , take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and take antacid after every meal. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order stool test , endoscopy and ultrasound . Doctor may change your medicine or prescribe laxative , H2 blockers or antibiotics.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
