Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain And Extreme Diarrhoea

my husband has had this problem before about 25 days back, he is having severe stomach pain , and loose stools he has gone like 15 times tday, at night now he has had vomiting. the doctor had told him to avoid non veg , spicy foods but he says he has not had non veg since then but he ate some a few days bck egg chicken, goat mutton. he is also allergic to brufen, combiflam disprin.

dear he may be suffering from acute gastroenteritis.but second episode appear like food poisoning component also. dear avoid spicy fatty food avoid alcohol.avoid caffeine and smoking.use tab.oflox ornidazole twice a day for five days,tab.sporulac thrice a day for five days.plenty of oral fluids.if symptoms not improved please get it done stool examination for hanging drop and culture.consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
