Hello, I have had constant stomach issues for the past several months now, first thing in the morning I wake up with severe stomach pain and cramping mixed with nausea regardless of how close to before bed I ve eaten. It seemed to suddenly become much better Lately it s changed to a constant pain in my lower abdomen, stomach pains nausea loss of appetite at times and at others ridiculously hungry. Sometimes eating makes me nauseous and my urine has been a bright orangey color the past two days now as well as some trouble urinating. The pain is more of a constant throbbing pain in my lower abdomen now and it hurts to cough and laugh. Please help!
