Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain And Constipation
Hi, my name is Bailey and I m 13. Since yesterday, when i use the bathroom to poop, it will cause a very extreme pain towards my stomach and my anus, but mostly my stomach. It feels like excruciating period cramps, except i m pooping. The poop isn t a lot or hard either, it is very soft, so I don t understand why it is causing me so much pain. Please help me find out what is wrong, because I am very concerned.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe stomach pain and constipation. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like antacid medicines containing calcium or aluminum , lot of dairy products in diet , irritable bowel syndrome , not enough water or fiber in your diet , hypothyroidism . The symptoms can also occur due to hormonal changes. Need not to worry.For now eat more fruits and vegetables , drink plenty of water , take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and take antacid after every meal. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order stool test , endoscopy and ultrasound . Doctor may change your medicine or prescribe laxative , H2 blockers or antibiotics.
