General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Severe stomach cramps are commonly due to acid reflux, GERD, IBS, Gastritis, Indigestion, liver disorders, allergy to certain food, peptic ulcer, etc. You are suggested to take antacid and PPI's for relieve. Avoid constipation. Take laxatives at bed time. Stay well hydrated, avoid addictions if any. Avoid processed food, trans fat, fried food, refined flour, refined grains, fried oily spicy food.

Maintain your food intake timing. Take small amount of food multiple times a day. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP. Get CBC, Urinalysis, LFT and imaging tests done. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. Get treated at the earliest. Since you are having green nasal discharge you have bacterial infection. Use a humidifier, inhale steam and use a nasal spray for relieve. Take a non sedating anti histamine for relieve.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
