Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Cramps And Nausea

After a couple of hours of sleep, I woke up with severe stomach cramps. I felt like I might have gas and or needed to have a movement. However, I wasn t able to do so. I went back to bed and the pain ceased some. But I got back up and took gas x and some advil. I was a tad bit nauseated at one point but nothing came up. I returned to bed and had chills for about 5 minutes. I slept the rest of the night. Today, I have had a few dull cramps. Is that food posioning?
