Suggest Treatment For Severe Stabbing Pain In The Buttock

I had a medial branch block on Tuesday evening. I did not have any relief I actually have worse pain now and pain in the sides of my thighs that was not present before the procedure. Sitting causes sharp tingling stabbing pain in my buttocks both sides now. This was only an occasional occurrence without tingle before the procedure. The block was performed at the l4-l5 s1 area. I have had a spinal fusion in 2005 on my l4-l5 vertebrae. Should I be concerned? I tried calling my doctor but only got an assistant that didn t seem sure everything is ok and told me to try not to drive if possible. Any information you can provide is appreciated, thank you.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is better to have some rest and maintain good posture if this is the neurological disease related with spinal cord (Spinal degenerative disease ) then it may requires surgical intervention till then you can have vitamin B12 along with Tab Nimesulide 100 mg three times in day hope this helps.
