Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain On Side Of Neck

Hi my name is Nelson and i m 41 years old. Two days ago i woke up with my left side of the neck hurting. I thought it was because i slept wrong. I stretched and did some neck exercise and is still hurts, it hurts with movement of my shoulder and head? it s still hurting after 2 days? can you anyone help me with feedback on this? thank you so much.

it can be postural defect giving rise to such pain.your detail history and duration of problem has not been informed.it can be cervical spondylosis. use neck color avoid pillow and take tab combiflam with warm phomantation will give relief. if there is no improvement then consult orthopedic surgeon for investigation and advise for treatment.
