Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Right Foot
Hello , I have dull to severe pain in the top of my right foot for the past 3 days. it seems to radiate down in about an appx 2 inch wide strip down both sides of the foot just in front of the ankle. but mostly feet wide the whole top of my foot. The pain is the worst when I am in the process of picking my foot up to take a step forward.

The symptoms seem to be related to plantar fasciitis. I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication to reduce pain. I also recommend maintaining the area immobilised to avoid further damage.
